Q & A
Questions About Our Organization
Q: How can I help Fashion for Freedom?
A: The best way to help is to buy something from our store, or make a donation to Free the Slaves (there is a button to do so at the top). Also, please share Fashion for Freedom with your friends. An easy way to do this is to use the Facebook and Twitter buttons at the top of the page.
Q: I do not know my own clothing size. How will I know which things I can buy?
A: Usually, your size is your age, but ask your parents.
Q: Will there be any clothing for adults?
A: There will be some adult clothing as I happen to collect it.
Q: What percentage of the money you receive will go to helping slaves?
A: 100%. We donate the money to Free the Slaves.
Q: How soon can I expect to receive my items?
A: We will send items by the least expensive method of mailing, which can take up to two weeks. However, you probably will receive it sooner! When you checkout, it will tell you approximately how long it will take based on where you live.
Questions About The Website
Q: What should I do if I see text like this on the site (besides in this question)?
A: Please tell us about it on the contact form, because it means we forgot to put something in. Remember to mention which page it is on and where it is on the page, and we will change it.
Q: What is the contact form?
A: If you have a question or comment for us, you can submit it through the contact form. Before you fill it out, make sure we have not already answered your question in the Q&A section. Also, if you have a question or need to tell us something about your particular order, there is a place to do that on the cart page (see the second-to-last question on "Questions About the Store").
Q: What is the subscriber box?
A: Fill out the subscriber box if you would like to receive emails about Fashion for Freedom. You can unsubscribe at any time. When you sign up, you will receive a welcome email. Please check your spam mailbox if you do not see it.
Q: What happens when I fill out the contact form?
A: We will be sent an email as soon as you press send. We are given all of the information you type into the contact form. We will answer as quickly as we can.
Q: On the links page, what happens if I press the button?
A: Every organization on our links page has a button. If you click the button, it will open that organization's website in a new window or new tab. That way, you still have our website open when you close their website.
Questions About The Store
Q: When I previously looked at the store, I saw an item that I liked, but it isn't there anymore. Why is that?
A: Since these items come from my wardrobe, I only have one of each. When someone buys something, it is not available anymore.
Q: How do I know the size of an item?
A: If you click on the item, it will give you the information, including the size, great places to wear it, what style, etc.
Q: How do I put an item in my cart?
A: Click on the item in the store, then press Add to Cart.
Q: How do I see my cart?
A: Click the shopping cart icon on the top right to view your cart. To edit your cart and see more information, click View Cart, or click this link right here.
Q: In the cart page, why does it say "add a note to us"?
A: When you order something from us, you may have special instructions about an order. That is the place to put it. If you have a general question (not specifically related to your order), please Contact Us.
Q: What is the difference between offline payment and paying with PayPal?
A: If you have a PayPal account, use PayPal. You just have to enter your username and password. If you would like to pay using a credit or debit card, use PayPal checkout. Then click the button on the bottom that says "Pay with credit or debit card." If you would like to pay us by check, use offline payment. Send checks to RDO, CBI, POB 345, Emerson, NJ, 07630. Please make checks payable to Free the Slaves.
Q: What if my question is not on this list?
A: You can contact us to ask us your question by clicking "CONTACT US" on the top menu.
With love, peace, and gentleness,
Hannah Mathilda Weisz
