Q: When I previously looked at the store, I saw an item that I liked, but it isn't there anymore. Why is that?
A: Since these items come from my wardrobe, I only have one of each. When someone buys something, it is not available anymore.
Q: How do I know the size of an item?
A: If you click on the item, it will give you the information, including the size, great places to wear it, what style, etc.
Q: How do I put an item in my cart?
A: Click on the item in the store, then press Add to Cart.
Q: How do I see my cart?
A: Click the shopping bag icon on the top right to view your cart. To edit your cart and see more information, click View Cart, or click this link right here.
Q: In the cart page, why does it say add a note to us?
A: When you order something from us, you may have special instructions about an order. That is the place to put it. If you have a general question (not specifically related to your order), please Contact Us.
Q: What is the difference between offline payment and paying with PayPal?
A: If you have a PayPal account, use PayPal. You just have to enter your username and password. If you would like to pay using a credit or debit card, use PayPal checkout. Then click the button on the bottom that says "Pay with credit or debit card." If you would like to pay us by check, use offline payment. Send checks to RDO, CBI, POB 345, Emerson, NJ, 07630.
